Objective To investigate the security and effectiveness of target control infusion ( TCI) of propofol and remifentanil with laryngeal mask anesthesia ( LMA) insertion in hysteroscopic electrocision. Methods Sixty cases of ASA I and II grade were collected and randomly divided into two groups: group of remifentanil ( group R) and group of fentanyl ( group F) . The DBP,SBP,HR,SpO2 of the patients were recorded before induction,5 min,10 min after induction, and 10 min after operation. Then the operation time, the analepsia time, and the postoperative complications were observed in these two groups. Results The anesthesia of all cases were satisfactory, and no accidence or complication was observed. DBP,SBP at 5 min,10 min after induction were significantly lowered compared with those before operation ( P < 0. 05) . The analepsia time and departing operation time of group R were shorter than those of group F( P < 0. 01) . Conclusion The method of TCI of propofol and remifentanil with LMA insertion in the application of hysteroscopic electrocision is effective and safe, and with the advantage of rapid recovery.
