目的探讨二尖瓣生物瓣置换改良间断缝合方法的临床效果。方法 62例二尖瓣瓣膜疾病患者中,23例采用传统间断缝合法,39例采用改良间断缝合法,比较两种手术方法体外循环时间及主动脉阻断时间。结果两组在体外循环时间、主动脉阻断时间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论改良间断缝合法不增加体外循环、主动脉阻断时间,操作简单,下瓣容易,在临床中可考虑使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of method of mitral valve biological valve replacement with improved interrupted suture.Methods 62 patients underwent mitral valve biological valve replacement were randomly divided into two groups,one group（the control group,23 patients） received mitral valve biological valve replacement with traditional interrupted suture,while the other group（the experimental group,39 patients） underwent operation with improvement interrupted suture.The duration of cardiopulmonary bypass and aorta block were compared between two groups.Results There was no statistically significance in the duration of cardiopulmonary bypass and aorta block between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The method of mitral valve biological valve replacement with improved interrupted suture do not increase the duration of cardiopulmonary bypass and aorta block,and its operation is more easy compared to that of traditional interrupted suture.
