目的分析植物性胃石的临床特征,评价胃镜下治疗植物性胃石的方法、效果及安全性。方法对32例患者采用胃镜下注射5%碳酸氢钠联合圈套器碎石,并结合抑酸剂、口服5%碳酸氢钠治疗。结果 32例患者中24例经1次镜下治疗后胃石消失,5例经2次镜下治疗,3例经4次镜下治疗后胃石消失。所有患者均无并发症出现。结论胃镜下注射碳酸氢钠联合圈套器切割粉碎植物性胃石治疗安全、经济、有效,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of the plant gastric phytobezoars,and to evaluate the method,effect and the safety of the treatment of gastric phytobezoars under endoscopy.Methods The gastric phytobezoars of the 32 patients were treated with endoscopic injection of 5% sodium bicarbonate united snare cutting,and oral administration of acid-suppressing agents and 5% sodium bicarbonate.Results The gastric bezoars of the 24 patients in 32 disappeared after one time endoscopic treatment,5 cases disappeared after twice,and in 3 cases disappeared after four times.All patients had no complications.Conclusions The treatment of gastric phytobezoars with endoscopic injection of sodium bicarbonate united snare cutting is safe,economic,effective,and worthy of clinical promotion
