目的探讨高位结扎加导管引导下泡沫硬化疗法治疗单纯性下肢静脉曲张的效果。方法采用高位结扎加导管引导下泡沫硬化疗法治疗单纯性下肢静脉曲张42例,观察并发症的发生率和疗效。结果 42例均治疗成功,术中无1例出现肺栓塞、深静脉血栓、卒中、过敏性休克等严重并发症,有5例出现局部皮肤发红、疼痛,经使用抗生素、镇痛对症处理3 d后症状逐渐消失。所有病例均随访5至12个月,无1例静脉曲张复发,有8例有色素沉着,但逐渐消退。结论导管引导下泡沫硬化疗法治疗下肢静脉曲张疗效确切,并发症少,微创、美观、安全,操作较简单,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of high ligation and foam sclerotherapy under the guidance of catheter in the treatment of simple varicose veins.Method 42 cases of simple varicose veins were treated with high ligation and foam sclerotherapy under the guidance of catheter.Incidence of complications and efficacy were observed.Results 42 patients were treated successfully.No serious complication like pulmonary embolism,deep vein thrombosis,stroke,or anaphylactic shock occurred.Local skin redness and pain were observed in 5 patients,the symptoms disappeared after the use of antibiotics and analgesic symptomatic treatment 3 days after.All patients were followed up for 5-12 months,and no varicose veins relapsed.8 patients had pigmentation,but gradually subsided.Conclusion Catheter-guided foam sclerotherapy is effective in the treatment of varicose veins,with few complications,minimally invasion,beauty,safety,simple operation,indicating its worth of promoting.
