目的探讨免补片法腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补的有效性。方法回顾性分析应用腹腔镜免补片法治疗26例腹股沟疝的手术恢复情况及随诊结果,并与同期开放无张力疝修补术26例的结果相比较。结果免补片法在术后疼痛轻,住院时间短,费用少,手术时间方面明显优于无张力疝修补组,差异有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜免补片法治疗腹股沟疝安全可行,恢复快,住院时间短,费用少

Objective To study the efficiency of mesh free laparoscopic inguinal hernioplasty.Methods Rehabilitation status and follow-up results of 26 cases of inguinal hernia treated with mesh free laparoscopic inguinal hernioplasty were analyzed retrospectively,and compared with those of contemporaneous open tension-free hernioplasty.Results Mesh free laparoscopic inguinal hernioplasty had superiorities in terms of pain after operation,hospitalization time,cost,and operation time to the open tension-free hernioplasty.Conclusions Mesh-free laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair is safe,with less hospital stay-time,effective cost,and lower recurrence.
