兔深低温保存同种带瓣主动脉移植模型的研究

目的建立兔颈动脉移植深低温保存同种带瓣主动脉模型。方法成年中国白兔20只作为受体,1个月龄的中国白兔40只作为供体,取其带瓣主动脉深低温保存后,移植于受体的两侧颈动脉,术后28 d取出观察血管通畅情况、有无血栓形成及组织学变化。结果受体17只存活,两侧颈动脉85%搏动良好、血流通畅,大体标本无血栓形成。结论建立兔颈动脉移植模型对动物损伤小、位置表浅易于操作,是一种实用、稳定可靠和易于复制的带瓣血管移植动物模型
Objective To establish the valve homograft conduit model with profound hypothermia conservation in rabbits′ carotid artery.Methods Twenty mature Chinese albino rabbits served as receptors,and forty(one month old)as donators.Aorta with valve was taken and maintained with profound hypothermia,then transplanted at both carotid arteries of receptors.Valved aorta of receptors were taken out and the patency rate of blood vessel,the embolism and histology changes 28 days after of transplantation were observed.Results Seventeen receptors survived,85% of carotid artery pulsated well,blood streamed smoothly and with no formation of thrombus generally.Conclusion Rabbit carotis model is of less injury,and easy operation for its facial situs,functioning as a practical,stably reliable and easily replicable valved conduit transplantation model.
