目的观察孕早期自然流产患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在血清及绒毛组织中的表达水平,探讨VEGF与妊娠关系。方法选择孕早期自然流产患者25例为观察组,正常早期妊娠妇女25例为对照组,应用ELISA法检测血清VEGF含量,采用免疫组织化学方法测定各组孕妇绒毛组织VEGF的表达。结果正常早孕组与孕早期胚胎停育患者血清及绒毛VEGF表达比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 VEGF表达异常与复发性流产具有相关性,其表达水平升高可能是导致孕早期胚胎停育的原因之一。

Objective To observe the expression level of vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) in the serum and chorionic villus of embryo growth arrest patients，and to explore the relationship between VEGF and early spontaneous abortion． Methods In 25 cases of early spontaneous abortion and 25 cases of normal early pregnancy groups，the level of VEGF in serum was measured by enzyme － linked immunosorbent assay and expression of chorionic villus tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry． Results The level of VEGF expressions in both serum and chorionic villus tissue were increased in embryo growth arrest patients compared to those in controls ( P ＜ 0． 01) ． Conclusion There are relationship between the abnormal expression of VEGF and early spontaneous abortion． The high expression of VEGF may be involved in the pathogenesis of embryo growth arrest．
